Some of you already know what Zaagphoric is about. Some of you don’t, yet.
It’s the sound I’ve been shaping over the past few years. A fusion of raw and euphoric, where heavy Zaagkicks meet melodies. This year, Zaagphoric hits the Defqon.1 stage for the very first time.

Here are 5 Reasons why you can’t miss More Kords pres. Zaagphoric set at Defqon.1 2025
1. First Time Zaagphoric hits the Defqon.1 Stage
This year marks the first time I’m bringing my full Zaagphoric experience to Defqon.1! Unfiltered, packed, and tailored specifically for this festival. It’s my personal vision, a fresh take on the hardstyle sound, delivered exactly the way it’s meant to be heard, LOUD AF! If you’re after something special, something you haven’t heard before, Sunday at the Purple Stage from 15:30 to 16:15 is where you need to be.
2. Packed with unreleased tracks
As some of you know, I regularly go live with my ''Rush Hours'' streams, where I challenge myself to create a full track from scratch in just two hours. Over time, that’s led to a ton of unreleased material. For this set, I’ve taken some of the best from those sessions and polished them up, making sure they hit just right on the big stage. That process has already resulted in two full albums this year, Rush Hours and Rush Hours 2, and now it’s time to bring that energy to Defqon.1.
3. The favorites come back stronger
As some of you may already be hooked on tracks like Rush, Zaag on the Ceiling, Safe and Zaag, Summer of Zaag, Popcorn or Heaven. Expect to hear your favorites, but not always how you remember them. Some come with a twist, reimagined specifically for Defqon.1. Heavier, sharper, and built to match that full-blown Sunday Funday energy.
4. Purple Stage just hits different
The Purple Stage just hits different. It’s always been a legendary spot at Defqon. 1, the place where new sounds break through and upcoming acts make their mark. Getting the chance to bring my Zaagphoric vision to this stage feels like a real honour. I’m beyond proud to be part of that legacy and can’t wait to share the moment with you and go all in together.
5. This one’s gonna stick
The Zaagphoric sound is one of a kind. A sound I’ve shaped through countless hours in the studio and during my Rush Hour livestreams, evolving track by track into something with its own identity. You won’t find it anywhere else across the weekend. This set is the only chance to hear it live at Defqon.1, exactly how it’s meant to be felt. No second slots, no replays.
Let's make it legendary, together <3
and see you next year at the mainstage.
