These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Orders and Payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Payments are processed via the payment methods offered in our webshop.
An order is final once payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders from €50.
Free shipping within the EU on orders from €75.
Orders are shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated (e.g. preorder).
Orders containing preorder items will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
We will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the return.
Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete cannot be returned.

We guarantee the quality and condition of our products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Return policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the products.

2. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

3. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Data carriers (e.g. CDs, vinyl records, DVDs) once the seal has been broken.
Signed/Autographed items.
Items that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use.

Digital Products Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital products purchased through our webshop (e.g. downloads, digital files).

2. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via download link or e-mail.

3. Right of Withdrawal
By law, digital products are normally covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, once you agree to immediate delivery of the digital content, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
This means that once the download starts, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

4. Faulty or Corrupted Files
If a digital product is faulty, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded properly, please contact us at morekords@gmail.com
We will ensure that you receive a working copy at no extra cost.

5. License & Usage Rights
All digital products are licensed, not sold.
By purchasing, you obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your own musical works and projects.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, or repackage the sounds or files, whether in original or modified form.

Ownership of the sounds and content remains with MORE KORDS.
Your purchase confirmation e-mail serves as proof of license.
